Enrollment: The application for the following school year can be found on the school’s official website and you just need to click on the link which will lead you to the fillable application form.

Students must fill out this form while logged in to their Dayton Public Schools Google Account.

If you are not a Dayton Public Schools student or do not have a Google Account, you may register for one prior to filling out this application.
